Descriere:
- acest tip de activ balancing face echilibrare activa pe celule individuale, adica poate lua din prima si pune in ultima sau de oriunde in pack -> oriunde in pack.
- acest modul are un curent specificat de 0-4A setabil (4A este maxim)
- suporta baterii de la 2S pana la 24S
- consum modul max 10-24mA
- tensiunea de lucru 40V-100V
- se pot inseria mai multe module pana la numarul de celule dorite si se pot pune in paralel pentru marire curent.
- echilibrarea se face automat si incepe de la o diferenta de 1mV (parametri se seteaza din aplicatie BT)
- plaja de lucru este intre 1V pana la 4.5V per cell. Adica suporta toata gama de tipuri de acumulatori de la Lithium ion phosphateL LiFePO4, lithium Ion, LTO, polimer . . . . . pana la max 4.5V
- transferul de energie se face in felul urmator: din "high cell" se incarca un supercapacitor apoi acesta se descarca in "low cell"

1) se scoate mufa din balancer si se conecteaza firele pe rand incepand cu minus (-) baterie (nu dupa BMS ci direct la baterie) pana cand ultimul fir este pe plus (+) baterie
2) se verifica cu un aparat de masura ca la mufa de balancer (inca neconetata) sa corespunda corect tensiunile C1, C2 ... etc, daca C1 are 4.1V si C2 are 0V si C3 are 8.4V - firele au fost inversate pe baterie iar balancerul face POC !!!
3) numai dupa ce s-au verificat tensiunile pe conector sa fie corecte, succesiv, se conecteaza mufa la balancer
4) atentie mare si cand faceti inseriere - cascada pentru baterii mai mari de 24S, acelasi proces !
5) modulul electronic are un set de fire siguranta 5A pentru protectie scurtcircuit si se monteaza pe fiecare fir.

Nota:
- acest modul este doar de echilibrare si nu are functie de BMS de protectie la supra tensiune, supra curent sau scurt circuit
- pentru bateriile de sub 40V e necesar o mini sursa step-up (de setat iesire 45V-50V - XL6009)
Si cel mai importat lucru (daca tot ati citit pana aici) acest modul de echilibrare, foarte eficient si de curent mare, se poate atasa vechiului BMS clasic bazat pe disipare pasiva (rezistente) beneficiind in continuare de protectia vechiul BMS la: supra tensiune, scurt circuit, sub descarcare . . . etc. Recomand (nu e obligatoriu) cand se face acest upgrade, pur si simplu dezlipiti rezistentele de disipare pasiva dar lasati firele pe fiecare celula, pentru ca circuitul BMS sa lucreze corect in continuare, iar partea de balancing este preluata de acest modul de echilibrare activ. Acest termostat are doua functii de control temperatura: incalzire sau racire, acest lucru se seteaza din meniu. Aceste functii nu merg niciodata in acelasi timp, ori controleaza incalzire (centrala, aeroterma . . . etc) ori racire (frigider, combina . . . etc)
Daca doriti un termostat care controleaza in acelasi timp ambele moduri racire si incalzire (acvariu, clocitoare) vedeti in anunturile mele termostatul STC1000 (stc 1000)
