Description

6-60V - Solutie de protectie supradescarcare orice tip baterie pentru UPS
Aceasta solutie de protectie supradescarcare modul este ideala cand nu exista nici un fel de management atat din partea UPS cat si din partea bateriei - BMS non-smart (alte situatii).
Acest controler lucreaza cu tensiune intre 6-60V cu precizie de 0.1V independent de tipul bateriei sau setarile tipul UPS-ului. La acest controler se poate seta la ce tensiune se doreste oprirea automata protectie supradescarcare. Solutia hardware propusa faciliteaza adaptarea UPS-urilor fara management care folosesc baterii pe plumb fara nici un fel de modificare fizica asupra UPS-ului vechi!

Concluzie: Cel mai bun dispozitiv privind independenta (nu e nevoie de pc) si consum. Contra ... mineaza mai putin decat raportat la numarul de arduino folositi (citeste whitepaper) si are nevoie de acces la wifi (atentie la wifi max devices connected, majoritatea au limita !!! )
Nota: Asigur suport doar celor care stiu sa lucreze cu arduino si au cunostinte si de electronica, nu stau si nu am timp sa explic ce este o librarie, ce e ala curent. Multumesc pentru intelegere.
Atentie eu nu va recomand sa cumparati sau sa investiti in cripto si nu sint raspunzator pentru deciziile si tranzactiile dumneavoastra!

ATENTIE la modul de conectare, nu se respecta nu ofer garantie !
1) se scoate mufa din balancer si se conecteaza firele pe rand incepand cu minus (-) baterie (nu dupa BMS ci direct la baterie) pana cand ultimul fir este pe plus (+) baterie
2) se verifica cu un aparat de masura ca la mufa de balancer (inca neconetata) sa corespunda corect tensiunile C1, C2 ... etc, daca C1 are 4.1V si C2 are 0V si C3 are 8.4V - firele au fost inversate pe baterie iar balancerul face POC !!!
3) numai dupa ce s-au verificat tensiunile pe conector sa fie corecte, succesiv, se conecteaza mufa la balancer
4) atentie mare si cand faceti inseriere - cascada pentru baterii mai mari de 17S, acelasi proces !
5) modulul electronic are un set de fire siguranta 1A pentru protectie scurtcircuit si se monteaza pe fiecare fir.

In cazul in care modulul dorit nu exista, se pot inseria 2 sau 3 module care sa rezulte echivalenta nr. de celule dorite. De ex: sa zicem pentru 32S se vor inseria 16S + 17S s.a.m.d.
Descriere:
- curent echilibrare 1200mA (real testat 1000mA - 1100mA)
- echilibrarea se face automat si incepe de la o diferenta de 100mV intre celule si se opreste la o diferenta aproximativa de 30mV
- curent de st-by - 20uA! (nu descararca bateria)
- acest modul contine mini surse cu functie duala de step-up step-down (eficienta aprox. 90%)
- plaja de lucru: 2V pana la 4.5V per cell. Adica suporta toata gama de tipuri de acumulatori de la Lithium ion phosphate LiFePO4, lithium Ion, polimer, pana la max 4.5V
- aceste module lucreaza si cu mai putine celule decat cel specificat. de ex: 10S poate lucra cu orice configuratie de 2S 3S 4S 5S 6S 7S 8S 9S si 10S, aceasta functie fiind valabila pentru orice modul de la 3S pana la 12S,13S, 14S, 16S, 17S etc.
Nota:
- curentul de 1200mA specificat se atinge doar in momentul in care de ex. avem o baterie de 3S, iar S1 si S3 sint pline si S2 este aproape "goala", mini sursele incep si trag fiecare un curent intre 500-600mA atat din S1 si S3, iar combinat ajunge la curentul de 1000mA-1200mA. Aceasta balansare activa pompeaza acest curent in S2 (step-up din S1 in S2 si Step-Down din S3 in S2)
- aceste module 4S, 7S . . . 17S se pot lega intre ele si pot mari la 9S (5S+5S), 32S (16S+17S) etc
- pentru marire curent de balansare, se pot pune in paralel.
- intotdeauna indiferent de tipul modulelor cand se adauga mai multe module in serie, intre ele se sacrifica o celula (vezi poza) pentru ca aceste mini surse, ce reprezinta balansarea activa, sa lucreaze corect, de la prima pana la ultima celula.
- acest modul este doar de echilibrare si nu are functie de BMS de protectie.
- acest modul se poate atasa vechiului BMS clasic bazat pe disipare pasiva (rezistente) beneficiind in continuare de protectia vechiul BMS. Recomand (nu e obligatoriu) cand se face acest upgrade, pur si simplu dezlipiti rezistentele de disipare pasiva dar lasati firele pe fiecare celula, pentru ca circuitul BMS sa lucreze corect, iar partea de balancing este preluata de acest modul de echilibrare activ. l1th1 al3x battery bms up5 r3d
