Vand teren intravilan cu suprafata de 4124 m2 in centrul comunei Fundata cu panorama spre Muntii Bucegi. Terenul este situat in centrul comunei, fiind langa cele doua biserici si caminul cultural. Biserica veche de lemn a fost construita in anul 1830.
Terenul cuprinde 2 puncte inalte si o vale. Din ambele punctele inalte se pot vedea Muntii Bucegi.
In 15-20 minute de mers pe jos (sau 5 minute de mers cu masina - exista drum pietruit pana acolo) veti ajunge la resortul turistic Cheile Gradistei-Fundata.
Este o zona superba, la o altitudine de peste 1300m fiind localitatea aflata la cea mai mare altitudine din Romania. Este o localitate linistita (fara zgomotul ATV-urilor etc.), in care te poti odihni departe de galagia cotidiana a zonelor urbane. Localitatea se afla la 65 km de municipiul Brasov fiind situata pe culoarul Rucar-Bran reprezentand punctul cel mai inalt de pe acest drum. Drumul din localitate este asfaltat.

Nu are absolut nici o problema. Dupa cum se vede este ca si noua. Ventilatoarele in 90% din timp n-au functionat pentru ca n-a fost intr-un calculator de gaming din aceasta cauza nici nu are praf in interiorul ei. Ventilatoarele pornesc numai daca se incalzeste placa video (daca este folosita in jocuri etc.).
