This machine was designed on demand to meet the needs of professional gemologists. The machine works from 0 to 90 degrees also to form diameters being at zero height perfectly aligned with the center line of the rotating support. It works with progressive magnetic pressure. It has the working and control position without having to move the upright which remains fixed but rotatable so that the established constants are not altered, as seen in photos 1-2 and 3. It is built with stainless steel, anodized aluminum plastic material and brass to avoid wear and oxidation, it does not need any lubrication. It has a built-in gem gluing tool with three interchangeable fixed-position gluing pins, with tip size according to customer needs. It is equipped with a double height and angular scale (analogue and digital), micrometric axial and radial adjustment, two radial divisions always in a fixed position (96 divisions and 80 divisions) easily interchangeable. A 1.5 liter water tank with hermetic closed circuit and drain for washing sludge. The 12 Volt water pump motor has two quantity controls (tap and potentiometer). The grinding wheel motor is a 24 Volt forced air cooled 8000 rpm with gearbox for the power ratio, the speed is controlled from 0 to 8000 rpm by a directly proportional Speed Controller. We supply a 160 mm Moplen disc very resistant to temperatures, acids and abrasions, but being direct manufacturers we can provide support in the requested material after a quote. The mains power supply is 220 volts with safety fuse and is distributed by two air-cooled power supplies. The machine is built to order and the delivery time is 20 working days. The dimensions of the assembled machine are: length 560mm, width 290mm and height 650mm, it is shipped in a reinforced cardboard box with instruction booklet and necessary key kit. Shipping costs outside Italy and Romania are excluded from the price.
