Duties include general administrative, receptionist and project based work. Provide support to others in the office and maintain a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff;
Maintain accurate and eficient communication by e-mail, phone and inside systems;
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
Assist with travel arrangements, event planning and implementation;
Prepare documents, reports and presentations when required;
Runs primary accounting activities;
Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information;
Additional duties as assigned by management
Minimum 1 year work-experience;
Clear and effective communication in English, both verbal and written;
French and/ or German reading, writing and speaking is a plus;
Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent;
Ability to work independently, as well as to work well in team;
Highly organized and efficient;
Strong attention to details, proactive and open-minded;
Flexible in terms of working hours.
